(2022). Big data-driven innovation for sustaining SME supply chain operation in post COVID-19 scenario: The moderating role of SME technology leadership. Computers & Industrial Engineering, 168, 108058. Purpose of the Study: To look at the effect of the coronavirus on how Data-Driven Operations have affected the Supply Chain from 2018 to the present. Sampling Comments: Handfield et al. (2020), “…increasing disruptions of global supply chains, and perhaps a new and chaotic “de-globalization” of the economy.” Del Giudice et al. (2021), “… emergence of big data and disruptive technologies will affect supply chain practices…” Piccialli et al. (2021), "The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically accelerated the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in different fields." Measures: Since small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have limited resources, they were mainly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This impact was mostly evident in their supply chain management. Even though there were varying methods that could have been used for data analysis, the researchers used Structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS), which were preferred for data analysis. The main reason was that they offered better results when analyzing exploratory results. Findings/Results/Main Points: The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the supply chain management system. Even though different firms were affected, SMEs were mainly impacted since they had more constraints. One way the SMEs employed to boost their supply chain resilience was by introducing innovation and technology into their performance. For example, one technology feature applied is the integrity of IT capability, such as big data analytics, which helped raise supply chain management considerably (Chatterjee et al., 2022). The SMEs, which improved their communication system during the COVID-19 pandemic by employing technological innovation, enjoyed a smooth flow of supply chain activities despite facing the awkward situation. Conclusion: The coronavirus has affected most SMEs' supply chain management. Even though most SMEs struggled to return to how they performed before the pandemic, others applied changes that helped them perform well during this period. The SMEs that succeeded are the ones that their leadership supported and sponsored for big data-related applications employment (Chatterjee et al., 2022). The COVID-19 pandemic is, therefore, seen as a disruption that forces businesses to move to the new normal. Article Two Reference Information: Govindan, K., Mina, H., & Alavi, B. (2020).
