Now that you have completed your decision matrix, you will discuss your decision-making process and how you have used the matrix. For this discussion, you should NOT post your matrix but rather use it as a tool to evaluate your business. In your initial post, address the following:
Explain how you could use the matrix in a different business/technology scenario. Give an example.

A decision-making matrix comprises of all the necessary components when making a certain decision in a case whereby the decision maker is faced with various alternatives. The matrix acts as a tool of weighing the benefit that each of the decision will bring about. Therefore, in regard to the decision matrix created for this project, the valuables can be edited in order to make it fit for use in another business scenario. The editing will depend on the requirements of the other business and the alternatives that are available for the user. As long as the decision to be made is similar to the previous project, then this would make it easier to use the same decision-making matrix (Triantaphyllou, 2013).
