Each one of us can benefit from putting together a personal budget on a monthly basis, and trying to stick to it in order to meet whatever financial objectives you set out for yourself.
For the Signature Assignment, you will be tasked with putting together a personal budget for yourself. Please see the template (excel file) in the presentation section which is a budget you can use for your assignment.
Please attach your edited budget as one file that includes the written portion of your signature assignment. Fill out the budget to the best of your ability. For purposes of this assignment, you can use �fake� numbers, but go through the budget as detailed as possible to get an overall idea on how to put together one.

The following budget has been prepared for an income of $10,000. This paper will explore on the budget and try to look at some of the advantages disadvantages of having a budget. It will also provide an insight into the importance of having a budget and why people should abide to one.

The most difficult in the drafting of this budget was the savings and the petty cash. The savings account should have mandatory monthly deposits. They say the future belongs to those who prepare for it now and for that reason, it is important to have some savings. I wanted to make sure that at the end of every month as I receive my salary to make some savings. The primary challenge arose when allocating money to be saved and that to be used as petty cash. Petty cash is the money that is used ti fix and repair common things. The petty cash is the money that is used to pay the common bills that happen in the house. It will also be used to cater for fun and exciting things to do for instance going to the movies, donations and drinks while out with friends.
