Progress in milestones and final project
The use of statistical processes has been eye opening, as there is a need to reduce and eliminate medical errors and improve outcomes in the workplace. To address the organizational problem, I have looked into the link between causes with the problem and identifying the underlying solution, and this improves performance since gaps are identified and here is rectification. One of the challenges has been on choosing best tools to aid in making decisions. The management should take into consideration the unique circumstances while blending quality improvement with statistical analysis and research to choose among various alternatives when making decisions (Thor et al., 2007). When focusing on quality improvement you may need to choose more than one tool in measuring performance, and while there was emphasis on quantitative approaches this was not always the case as I had to use my judgment.
