The starter file is a table of quarterly sales data from a hypothetical coffee shop retail organization (Corey's Coffee). (This is the same data we used in Act#7-Homework.) This data was extracted from their sales tracking system and includes a year of sales data summarized by a quarter across two levels of grouping: the specific product (Product) and the category of that product (Category). The two other columns are the sales of that product in each of the four quarters of the reporting year (Qtr 1, Qtr 2, Qtr 3, Qtr 4).
