Every project has objectives that must successfully achieve and manage the project sufficiently to ensure that the set goals are achieved. Therefore, project management involves planning, scheduling, and controlling the project activities to maximize outcomes and attain its objectives (Heagney, 2016). Different project managers use different approaches to track the progress of their projects. I have excellent communication skills, outstanding leadership qualities, a planned master, and a good time manager.
Communication is probably the most important of all the approaches to managing a project. It means a manager should be perfect in using all forms of communication but, most importantly, understand the means of communication the employees are comfortable with (Radujković & Sjekavica, 2017; Young, 2016). This will ensure that I get any essential news about the project. Secondly, perfect communication ensures that I suspend biases and follow facts by encouraging them and other stakeholders to continue sharing information.
