The U.S government:
The Legislative: this is the house of the Senate and Representatives; they are liable to make laws. The House of Senate draft laws for proposal, the same House can declare war and has the power to reject or confirm any nominations by the president for federal judges, head of supreme courts and leaders of federal agencies. It is composed of members of the Senate who are elected to office through free and confidential ballots, and the special offices and agencies that offer support services to Congress.
The Executive: is the division of the government composed of the president, his vice, the entire cabinet, commissions, independent agencies, and boards, executive departments. Both the president and the vice are voted for in a confidential free ballot. The president heads the states; he is the commander in chief of the armed forces and leads the federal government. President cannot lead more than two terms and is given a term of four years before the next election. In an event when the president cannot serve the vice president takes over and can lead to the unlimited number of terms even under different regimes. The cabinet is the individuals who advise the president. Since the president administers the executive branch and he is liable to enforce laws made by legislative then his branch becomes dominant than the others.
The Judicial: this is the branch responsible for interpreting the laws, applying the same to cases and is responsible for determining the law has been broken or not. It is made up of the federal courts, which are led by the Supreme Court. The justice heading the Supreme Court is nominated by the head of states and approved by the house of representatives and senate. Judges serve until they die, removed in case of misconduct or retirement as they are no term limit.

Although all the rights in the bill of Rights are important the following three are significant and ought to be appreciated: freedom of petition, since most the day to day activities of an American citizen are controlled by the government it is only fair that the individual citizen has the right to tell the government of their opinion. Right of the accused: this is an important right since it suggests that one is innocent until proven guilty in some countries the suspect is the one to prove innocent and sometimes this leads to capital punishment which is death thus, this right is important. Freedom of the press is third important as it keeps the citizens aware of the government dealings and activities.
