The current operating environment for Campworld regarding rivals is that several businesses compete with it, including internet merchants, physical retailers, and other camping and outdoor gear vendors. A CEO sits at the top of Campworld's organizational structure, which comprises several departments and divisions. Additionally, customer service, quality, and integrity are essential to Campworld. The business works hard to give its clients the most significant goods and services. As an external consultant for staffing services, I have come up with seven recommendations on how Campworld should staff its operations, particularly strategic decisions about staffing levels and quality.
The first recommendation is to develop a core or flexible workforce. The stance of Campworld should be along the spectrum of a flexible workforce. This will help Campworld react swiftly to market alterations, client expectations, and other outside influences. Additionally, with this workforce, Campworld can swiftly modify employee levels to suit business requirements. A flexible staff gives Campworld access to a bigger talent pool, which can aid the business in hiring the most qualified candidates. The second recommendation is regarding hiring internally or externally. When making strategic staffing decisions about recruiting internally or externally, Campworld should be in the middle of the continuum. The reason is that both strategies have benefits and drawbacks. Employing people from within the organization can guarantee a thorough understanding of its culture and values. Additionally, the approach allows current employees to advance their careers and expand their knowledge and experience.
