The most important part is the celebration of different cultures through exposure. Many people do not get exposed to different cultures, so they remain clueless about how other people’s differences make up the unique pattern of the world. Anthony Bourdain’s experiences in his travels seeking good food and immersion in other cultures inspires people to do the same and to celebrate differences and embrace other cultures as they are, without imposing standards of conformity on people.
