Yoga Practice
Today’s practice went well. Melissa is indeed a great instructor and the lesson will be remembered for a long time. I feel relaxed and at peace. All the negative energy within me has been released. And the sound of the waves added to the moment. Yoga is indeed a basic requirement and I see myself taking time to continue practicing yoga in the near future.
Cardio
After doing this for a while, my body feels well-adjusted to the exercises. I can now do cardio without breathing heavily or panting. My legs feel stronger and I believe if asked to take more time on cardio I would manage to finish the exercise set out for me. I would like to jog more and in future, I will look to include cardio in my exercise schedule.
Meditation
Nothing has been revolutionary for me since the beginning like meditation. I have lived an anxious life and I can easily blow things out of proportion. However, I have learned ways I can calm myself either before sleep or while having a normal day. I am slowly detoxing with each moment I take to meditate and always come out feeling different, less stressed, and ready for my next challenge. Today’s exercise stood out and I have to find a way to permanently include meditation in my life.
