The success of Trinity Musical Company will depend on how well the company organizes itself in terms of establishing an effective organizational structure. Since the organization is still in the early stages of development and has a lot of ideas to work on, it will adopt a flat organizational structure. Below is this structure with some of the job descriptions of the members holding specific positions.
Flat Organizational Structure
The above team will have specific roles for each director to ensure that the institution takes proper care of the needs of the learners.
Executive Director
The role of the executive director will be to oversee the overall operations of the school. The executive will also command responsibility from all other directors, the student population, the staff, and all other members operating within the school. The individual will coordinate the interdepartmental interactions by sharing appropriate information among the directors in different departments and guiding them on how to operate together. The executive director will also be responsible for appraisal and oversight of the duties undertaken by the directors. He or she will ensure that each director undertakes their duties as expected for the smooth operation of the school.
Director Planning
The planning director in the school will be responsible for administrative and supervisory work towards planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the school. The individuals will be responsible for ensuring that the music classes are scheduled as expected, there are sufficient resources for all the departments to achieve their goals, and that all the directors are updated about the schools future plans on how to better the experience of the learners. Besides, the director will operate closely with the director of curriculum development to ensure that the students get the resources they need to learn music more effectively.
Director Curriculum Development
The director curriculum development will be responsible for organizing the music classes to ensure that the content that the learners are taught and the teaching methodologies are in accordance with the standard procedure. This director will also play an essential role in drawing the framework with which the institution will operate.
