Introduction
The excellent theory is applied in public relations and explains how public relations can enhance organizations' effectiveness and how public relations are managed and organized when contributing to the organization's effectiveness. Further, the theory also explains the conditions that make organizations effective and the associated monetary value determined through public relations. The theory resulted from a 15-year study on the best approaches in communication by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Research Foundation under the supervision of James E. Grunig (Grunig et al., 2006).
Accuracy Evaluation and Score
The accuracy of the theory has been confirmed through research and is evidence-based. On the scale provided, I would rate the theory 8. This is because the theory successfully explains how communication within an organization should work. It covers all the different aspects that can potentially affect an organization's image if not properly managed. The theory has developed from diverse approaches: achieving goals, systematic approach, strategy inclusion, and competing values (Grunig et al., 2006). These four aspects enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of the theory. Studies also prove that the theory is effective when applied under a set of particular circumstances.
Practicality Evaluation and Score
Concerning the practicality of the theory, I can rate it with a score of 9. The theory has a holistic approach to public communication and addresses key tenets that shape people's perception of the organization. Since these issues are addressed from within, the theory ensures that the organizational objectives are attained, the essence of the organization's environment is recognized, strategic constituencies are also noted, including how they affect the organization's capacity to attain its goals. Another important aspect that affirms the practicality of the theory is the competing values, which helps prioritize the values that must be achieved to keep the organization ahead (Grunig et al., 2006).

In this aspect, I would rate theory 9. The theory has been developed through a systematic approach based on evidence and research over a certain period.
