What are the main components of an E-mail?
The main components that make an E-mail are usually the recipient’s address, the message and the format. The recipient’s address is critical because it directs where the message should be sent. The sender must be sure about the address because some people make mistakes when sending their E-mails. A yahoo.com should be differentiated from gmail.com. There must be accuracy in writing the recipient’s address because a mistake can result in sending the message to the wrong person. It is, therefore, important to ensure that a person understands the criticality of having an accurate address before they send an E-mail. The message should also be clear if it’s formal or informal.
