Social accountability is a moral philosophy in which persons are responsible for satisfying their public obligation, and the activities of a separate must advantage the entire of society. There is requisite stability between financial development and the benefit of civilization and the situation in this method. If this stability is upheld, then communal accountability is consummate.
The social accountability model is constructed on a scheme of morals, in which choices and engagements must be morally legalized before continuing. If the act or choice bases harm to culture or the atmosphere, at that juncture, it would be well-thought-out to be on a social basis irresponsible. Moral ethics that are intrinsic in the general public generate a difference between correct and incorrect. In this means, communal objectivity is assumed (by most) to remain in the "true," but more frequently than not, this "fairness" is absent. Every individual has a responsibility to act in useful means to the general public and not exclusively to the single.
Corporal social responsibility is well defined as the companies social-economic presentation and its effect on its inside and outside stakeholders. It is attained when the company comes up with the method to improve the social and economic environment voluntarily. This strategy is for enhancing their completion and setting the value of the company. In case good results are achieved from these strategies, it is referred to as the triple bottom line. This triple is used for maintainable business, and it covers three dimensions, as the name suggests, which are the economic size, environmental, and revenue statement.
The three bottom lines are well known for the sustainability recording or the corporal social responsibility for the worldwide labor organization. Any company's social responsibility is a group of actors that's accounts for every impact of the company on society, whether positive or negative. It also includes the principles and ethics of the company that is governed by their internal processes. According to Brazilians, the moral correlation between the corporation and the stakeholders—the formation of commercial objectives harmonious with them, regarding variety and stimulating social discount. Therefore there is some element of critical evaluation. The organization focuses mostly on the shareholders, workers, the firm, society, and the government.it is responsible for the local, national, and institutional standard; therefore, it reduces the cost of the production and increases and improves the sales of the company
The element of critical evaluation
Various companies use different terms to describe corporal social responsibilities. The company's name includes the social duties, the triple bottom line, and corporate sustainability. To be successful, the companies need the approach that will strategize it as a practical component in all of their outlets (Cogan 2000). Therefore, it must align the business strategies and the corporal social responsibility program; consequently, we shall discuss the critical evaluation element. They include the following.
Firstly, they must be internal assessment. Before creating the corporal social responsibility strategies, first, there is a need to look at the current corporal social responsibility activities and assess them. This includes looking at the last picture of the policies programs and the contemporary looking at the filled gap. After the assessment, the companies ensure that all the proposed corporal social responsibilities strategies are written down (Carrigan 2001). It compares to see if it matches the companies' vision, code and conduct, and other relevant company policies. The company starts to plan and prepare the budget process. The main goal of creating corporal social responsibilities management is to ensure that all the possible considerations are kept in place, and the business decision is also considered.
After that, all the employers are given a chance to raise their issues, complaints, and compliments regarding the policymakers. Therefore an open discussion is created to accommodate all the employers' feedback. For instance, in our coca-cola company, the staff members should be consulted first or notified before any strategies are made.
After the implementation, all the board members should be notified and, if possible, convince them to support these changes. These members include directors, managers, supervisors, etc., the ability on how you are going to earn their trust will determine the overall effect of effectiveness in CSR strategies. After the board members approve, then all members should be communicated either orally or written (Cogan 2000). After that, it will be the agenda of the companies meetings. After it has been approved at all levels, the employers involved in all classes should participate in training. After the training, all trained members are assigned various roles, and each is expected to be accountable for the assigned task. All the performance should be measured.
