The posts have been created after a managerial decision to expand its operations in the major Singapore landmarks.
2.2THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
The restaurant staff will have the responsibility and accountability in planning, execution, and delivery of Company`s operations to achieve the optimality in customer utility maximization. The staff will also provide relevant information to the Head of Operations in order to enhance customer services, revenue flows and the products.
The ideal persons should be able to face the challenges in the Company`s operations for instance should be able to come into contact with alcoholic drinks and in some instances be able to sell them to the clients. The individuals should be able to easily coordinate the sensory information, exposure to high temperatures, noisy environment, mobility of the employee and also their physicality as one is entitled to carry and lift products (Cheatle 2001).
