person’s failure that you can apply in your own life? Write up your findings.
Karl Marx is considered a failure for unsuccessfully igniting the fall of capitalism.
Karl Marx narrow view of history as only being determined by economics made him overlook how he could create a foolproof substantive alternative to capitalism because he worked alone in trying to destroy capitalism. Therefore, to solve a societal problem, do not tackle the problem alone. Form a team to spread your ideas faster.
2. How do your values impact your behavior at work? What values conflicts do you
have with coworkers? How good is the match between your values and those of
your employer? Write up your conclusions.
My values guide my decision-making process. My behavior at my workplace is guided by my values which shape my character and habit.
Values that my values and those of the employer are very similar. The organizational values are the same as those which determine my actions and decisions at an individual level.
3.Develop a case study based on someone you consider to be an outstanding moral

Mark is a chief strategic manager in the ABC group. He recently found out that two of the interns who were in his department were homeless. He immediately took them with him to his place and pushed for a legislation to have interns paid at least enough money to survive in the city.
* He demonstrates a caring character to his colleagues and juniors which is beyond his job description and takes them in when he notices that they are struggling.
* He was pushed by compassion to act in the best interest of his juniors at workplace.
I learn that at all times that we should care for one another and if in a position to act, must do so to alleviate their suffering. Caring is a fluid concept and therefore we must hinge it on compassion to ensure we do what is in the best interest of the other person.

2. Select a moral issue, and evaluate its level of moral intensity using the
components described in the chapter. Or choose an ethical dilemma that you think
deserves more attention. What steps could you and others take to increase this

I had a conversation with one of the janitors in the school
I met him along the corridors when he was doing his work
I greeted him and asked how he was doing. He was very happy and informed me I was indeed the first person ever since morning to ask how he was doing. And he thanked me sincerely for asking how he was doing.
I learnt that some of the small things we say to people mean a lot to them.
I decided since that day henceforth I will be greeting janitors and any other staff member I met within the school compound and genuinely ask how they are doing.
2.As a group, select a film, and assign each member to view it from a different point
of view. Then, discuss the film based on each perspective. What insights do you gain
from this perspective? What does this project reveal about the value of being open to
many different points of view?
We learn that a single perspective is never enough to deliver judgement. We must always strive to gain another perspective if we want to make the best judgements.
3.As a small or large group, discuss Buber’s assertion that confirmation (recognizing one another’s personhood) is the defining characteristic of humankind
