Survey on Client Satisfaction with Front Desk Handout
This is a short reflection for a group project. We used a 5 point likert scale, its quantitative data. (you may have to look it up to include some info on how this scale works.)
We choose front desk handout, this would be the best method to give the survey because the clients once discharged from treatment would be to hard to locate . If they took it before they were discharged we would get the results of everyone who participated in the program. This method would make the most since to collect the data.
The barriers we as a group had were figuring out the right scale to use and to figure out the right questions.
We as a team had no bias, we worked well together and completed this with team work.
I included the instructions of what needs to be in this reflection and the rubic.

Survey Distribution and Collection Method
For our survey, we decided to distribute the survey at the front desk as participants were discharged from treatment. We selected this approach since it would help us obtain information from all the program participants, hence representing the client population.
