M5 Ethnography Discussion

This discussion will focus on two key issues in the ethnography you have chosen to read: the cultural and political context and of the ethnographic research, and the illness experience of one or more persons featured. Be sure to tell your classmates where and how the author conducted fieldwork (countries, locations, groups, as appropriate) and provide a brief historical and political context for the events described in the book, before giving voice to the experience. In addition, share why you have selected this book for the M5 written assignment. In your discussion please address these four questions: 1. What do the authors' say about the fieldwork research methodology? 2. What difficulties did the anthropologist encounter in the field, if any? 3.
