This is the first step in a three-step process for your final project.

Step 1: Choose an Ethical Dilemma

Select an ethical ddemma within the Human Services field that interests you. You can draw inspiration trom conre.dnt events or choose a top1·c that personally·mtn·gues you. Be specific in your description. For example, consider the following scenario:

"Jessie, a counselor in recovery, attends their 12-step support group. During one of these meetings, one of their clients is also present. Jessie is faced with a choice that requires balancing their profess1onal and personal ethical standards. They must decide wether to stay, leave, or take another course of actiohn in this situation."

Your outline can be presented in bullet points or paragr<;lphs and should include the following elements 

Clearly identify your chosen ethical dilemma scenario

Address each of the eight decision framework steps outlined in Chapter 1 of the Cory textbook.
