Choose one key concept from each of the three groups (document attached), and design a conceptual map in which you present the connection between the three concepts.
Your concept map should have the following elements:
Definitions of the three concepts in your own words
A description of the connection between the concepts
An example that illustrates this connection
Your chosen concepts do not need to be from the same row. You can choose any concept, as long as you have one from Group 1, one from Group 2, and one from Group 3.

Good governance involves government institutions and decision-makers efficiently and promptly addressing public concerns. Participation, openness, dependability, and lawfulness are required (Addink, 2019). Decisions prioritize social fairness, economic progress, and resident welfare. In a democracy, the people rule. It protects citizens' rights and lets them vote.
Democracy promotes justice, equality, and lawfulness. It also lets people voice their thoughts, choose servants, and keep them accountable.
"New Public Management" (NPM) or "managerialism" is based on private-sector management practices. It evaluates public services, funding, and efficiency (Mamokhere, 2020). Managerialism boosts public sector efficiency using market processes, performance targets, and decentralization.
