Introduction

This research presentation aims to design a follow-up study that addresses the identified challenges and further explores the cross-cultural psychological features related to values, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics, building on the study conducted by Wei et al. (2013) on emotional suppression and interpersonal harmony across American and Chinese cultural groups. Addressing Challenges

Generalizability: The first difficulty was the findings' limited generalizability due to their restricted usage by college students. To address this issue, we recommend a more diverse and representative sample of all ages, educational levels, and job positions.
