The lesson learnt is that humans are more likely to behave immorally when there is sufficient reason to believe that we have run out of interest to behave morally CITATION Fra18 \l 1033 (Franco Gandolfi, 2018). I consider morality and ethics as the main determinants of the success of any form of leadership. Servant leadership blends extreme personal humility with professionalism which gives hope to humanity that you can do good while also being practical.
This advice will be helpful in my career and personal life as it will reduce my need to make assumptions.
