According to the TED Talk by Martin Seligman, there are three paths to positivity and happiness. The three paths are a good life, a pleasant life and a meaningful life. The psychologist notes that the most satisfied individuals discovered and explored their particular combination of signature strengths such as persistence, temperance, and humanity (Awaludhi, 2017).
