Organizational change is mainly applied or seen during institutional crises or when they experience situations that may impact operations and overall production. Frequently, drastic actions, including overhaul or restructuring of functions and positions, may be essential. Walmart Inc. currently faces organizational and environmental pressures, which may potentially disrupt it.
