Team Player
A team player is a member of a group who is assigned a role either by team consensus or the team leader. By definition, this is an individual who is supposed to contribute to an effort by playing their role, whether that involves working on a specific area or helping others in a group effort to produce results. A good team comprises individuals who deliver exceptional performance in their assigned roles. A great team comprises of individuals who not only perform their roles exceptionally well but facilitate other team players to also produce their exceptional best.
