Career Goal
I will secure my first job as a customer service representative by completing the required training modules within four months and applying for the role at the end of the second quarter.

Measurable: How will you know when you have reached this goal?
The attainment of the goal would be realized by completing the required training modules within the set deadlines. This should be followed by being invited for interviews that will culminate in selecting the post.
