Since Rebecca Levendowski is already in a legal battle with Derek Franks, there is an active legal and reasonable legal solution of their relationship. On the other note, Frank accused Rebecca for engaging in porn activities by uploading explicit materials of her body online. This is to compensate for the counseling sessions that will be undertaken by Rebecca after the court proceedings and to start attending her counseling to revive her self-confidence and esteem back (Grimmelman, 2016).

On the rules of defamation, a person can be held liable if they accuse someone in a crime, disclosing a person’s disease, reflecting the person’s ailment, or releasing sexual misconduct online that negatively impacts the image of the targeted individual or group. The person responsible for defaming other individual could be liable for any offense that might lead to imprisonment as well as financial compensation by the offending party (Grimmelman, 2016).
