Self-Care in Nursing

Instructions/questions will be in the attached file
Nursing is a highly demanding profession. Ethical issues can often cause uncertainty, conflict, or distress.
“Nurses may experience ethical uncertainty when faced with a situation in which they are unsure of what values apply or even where the moral problem is. They may also experience ethical distress when they know the “right” thing to do, but various constraints make doing the “right” thing difficult (Jameton, 1984 in the College of Nurses of Ontario, 2019 Practice Standard: Ethics).”
To help mitigate stress and ensure you are your best self, the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO) has developed 3 self-care modules: Mental Well-Being, Emotional Well-Being, and Physical Well-Being
