The issue of nurse bullying has become a great challenge in hospitals. The nurses require a conducive environment whereby they can treat their patients effectively. However, this is not the case for novice nurses. Most of the senior nurses have made the work environment unbearable for the new nurse hence, reducing their effectiveness to offer quality care to their patients. An example is a case whereby the novice nurses are allocated major treatment tasks that they do not have an experience of how they are supposed to perform them. This means that they will not accord the patients the best care because they will be performing a trial and error procedure.
