Purpose

Increased resilience is a personal resource for nurses to improve their personal health and outcomes at work. Thus, there are necessary steps that professionals could take to enhance the creation of a resilient setting. First, they should have the capacity to confront their fears (Cross, 2015). The professionals should also seek and accept social support in the setting. They should have an optimistic and realistic look to ensure that other people can approach them comfortably (Cross, 2015).
