3. Type your assignment directly on the saved template using Microsoft Word. The document must be saved as a .docx. Save frequently to prevent loss of your work.

4. The only resource for your paper is the following assigned article, "Nurse coaching" (Links to an external site.)

In the article “ Nurse Coaching: Facilitating a Paradigm of Health and Wellness,” Hosler & Rhodes, (2020), offers insightful information on the importance of nurse coaching to the healthcare system. The article provides profound knowledge that will help me offer quality and safe care that conforms to patients' values and philosophies and promote self-care among patients and build healthy relationships with patients and healthcare providers.

Nurse Coaches help in advocating for the wellbeing of various stakeholder such as patients and caregivers in the healthcare industry. “ Nurse coaches work with the whole person using principles and modalities that integrate body-mind-spirit environment to promote health and wellness while facilitating patients healing, ” (Hosler & Rhodes, 2020). They adopt supportive and encouraging strategies to improve patients’ strengths rather than correcting their weaknesses (Hosler & Rhodes, 2020).
