Values refer to fundamental beliefs that direct and motivate a person’s actions. Values help a person determine what is important to them. My personal values include compassion, kindness, fairness, equality, perseverance, honesty, loyalty, commitment, harmony, knowledge, love, respect, protecting the environment, and spirituality.
