Currently, our facility is struggling with maintaining the quality of the services. This is a major concern for many other organizations too. With quality protocol for maintaining higher standards being in place for this facility, maintaining the high level of quality services has become a big challenge (Maybin, Charles, & Honeyman, 2016). Therefore, if a patient chooses to seek our services, the facility is responsible for looking after their issues.
The impact of this constrained nurses. While, as nurses, we try to look after our clients’ issues, we suffer from minimal facility equipment and financial crisis.
