Database Design Proposal Author Name Institution Affiliation Synopsis SQLite is a relational database management system that allows the utilization of zero-management, is present in a C library and consists of a unique product library (Auld, 2002). Compared to other database management systems, SQLite is not a client-server database engine (Harrington, 2009). Instead, it is embedded in the end program. We always need a source code in order to complete a task, and the focus of database design protocols is always on the creation and maintenance of one or more databases for organizations like banks, hospitals, and others (2005). Once a database has been created using SQLite, it becomes easy for the users of the respective organization to access it anytime. For example, if it has been created for a bank, then the cashier, the bank manager and other people working in the bank can access the data. Similarly, if it has been created for a hospital, then the data can be accessed by doctors, nurses and paramedical staff working in the same hospital. Using the information provided to them, the staff can access customer details and can share or exchange information quickly and efficiently.
