Most of the time, I usually eat pizza, French fries, doughnuts, lentils, oranges, pineapples, beef, chicken, and bread. I would rate myself four on an absolute scale out of 10.

My better choice would involve reducing French fries, red meat, and high-sugar laden foods like bread, rice, and doughnuts. This step would enable me to achieve a better continuum position, which is possibly six.
What would be a slightly worse choice? Where would it rank?
The worse choice would entail frequent intake of high sugar-laden foods like rice, bread, and cases without engaging in active physical exercise. The worst rank on the continuum will be about 2-3 out of 10.
