After reading Chapter 1 in Kouzes & Posner (2016), develop an original response to the following question: Which of the five myths (i.e., talent, position, strengths, self-reliance, and it-comes-naturally) inhibit learning to lead? Which contributes most to the misunderstandings about what leadership is and isn’t? Notes for the Template on the next page: #1. You need one myth per paragraph. #2. There needs to be between two and three paragraphs. #3. Each paragraph needs to be substantive. That means there should be at least five well-developed sentences. #4.
