According to Kozma et al. (2019), a supply chain entails a network of various resources, individuals, and technology used in creating and even selling a given product. It is critical to evaluate various issues faced in producing and selling the product to ensure efficient supply chain management. The primary issues faced in the supply chain are transportation and the shipment of goods. Consequently, through linear programming, these issues can be solved by identifying and finding a given product closer to the demand center and identifying various changes in the marketplace (Govindan et al., 2018).
