It is imperative to have power of control over others to mitigate the issue of resistance. In this case, Lisa is facing resistant from some team members namely Linton and Scoville. Also, she thinks she is not involved in the marketing team, and she reciprocates by giving what she receives to those team members and at times keep quiet entirely instead of speaking out.
