Every manager should follow specific steps to aid his/her ability to put the BOS to optimal use. The first step in using the BOS should be to understand how it works. At the onset of applying the system, the managers should understand the BOS framework in terms of how it is aligned with the people, processes, and strategies to achieve its goals (Yuniarsih et al., 2022). Some of the key components of the system to explore should be its performance metrics, organization processes, key performance indicators, and the associated strategic goals and objectives.
