Based on the Organizing Framework table, it is apparent that corporate reputation is at stake due to Musk's actions and behaviors. As pointed out by Sonnenfeld in the case, Musk is likely to take himself and Tesla off a cliff. I am defining this problem from the perspective of an investor. From this point of view, a company's reputation is vital as it can determine its future. In this case, investing in a company whose future is being jeopardized by its leader is a risky undertaking.
