According to JE’s treatment history, the medication options that he has been using have not been working perfectly. The recurring episodes of major depression show that the treatment is refractory. After the last examination conducted on 3rd August 2018, the need to revisit the treatment plan is necessary. A slight change in treatment strategy might help to end the depression in JE's life and give him a chance to live an everyday farming life again.
