The behavior of Amazon closing down the ratings of the Lord of Rings is exceptionally wrong. It is because the rating should be open to the public for them to provide a concrete analysis and accurate picture of the quality of the movie. When the rating is closed, as was done by amazon, the audience lacks an environment to provide reviews for the underlying movie. This activity denies Amazon company an environment for improvement as there is no feedback from the audience. I believe the reviews would provide the company with weak areas that require improvement along the process.
