One of the most significant business problems that Jet Blue Airways faced was their inability and lack of preparedness to handle crisis. Perhaps being the first one of a kind, Jet Blue Airways proved completely incapable of dealing with such issues. This would lead to a general yet widespread dissatisfaction from clients of the airline. For example, during the crisis, passengers were kept in the jets for close to nine hours.
