The Yum! China Holdings, Inc., also known as YUMC is a company that operates restaurants and fast-food chains. The key drivers of the business are franchise restaurants such as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. which focus on different cuisines and specialties like Mexican food, Chinese hot pot cooking, chicken dishes, pizza, and coffee beverages. The company has grown in Beijing and continued with its expansion and the company is gaining competitive advantage through its management approach, variety in menus, numerous store branches, local staffs who are knowledgeable regarding their area, own distribution company, and innovative attitude, which are all sustainable in the future years.

The company’s financial health offers a greater return in comparison to the risk, making it a good long-term investment.
