Review of Abstract
The study is insightful in structuring its exploration of patients' experiences in healthcare facilities. The research focused on the understanding that moving from ICU to general wards could come with emotional and mental challenges to the patients. The researchers conducted their studies in two healthcare facilities to confirm their hypothesis. The findings and conclusions of the study could be transferred to contemporary nursing, where patient-centered care remains valuable. The research, however, shows limitations in the transferability of data, which could hinder its universality. It is a credible study considering the scope of analyses and literature inputs that the researchers included.

The theoretical or conceptual framework of a study should support the study's intent. In this case, the framework should assist the researchers in outlining the hypothesis set in the study. The study based its guidance on the inputs of patient-centered transition care models. The model assesses the experiences of patients through different care settings. Some patients experience a sense of psychological security and stability after being released from an arduous treatment setting that includes loudness and illumination in the ICU, family isolation, and the use of a protective guard. Patients' experiences with transfer varied, which can have a different impact on their health and prognosis. As a result, patient-centered transition care is critical, such as offering previous guidance on the planning and timing of the transfer to the general ward and assessing relocation stress to alleviate patients' stress and anxiety. The use of the model guides the researchers to assess without deviating from the problem statement, research aims, or research questions. The application of the theoretical model was vital to the study.
