The purpose of this review study was to investigate the effectiveness of losartan in treating Marfan syndrome (MFS) and comparison of research results in different studies. MFS is a disorder that is heritable and affects the fibrous connective tissue. Inclusion criteria included studies on losartan to treat MFS considering changes in aortic growth or aortic event in comparison to other mediations and placebo.
