• Advised stakeholders and helped create strategic and operational plans on underpinning the restructuring

• Appreciated the role that analytical skills play in strategic business decisions with 5+ reports. Researched companies to help a large logistics company make strategic acquisitions to ultimately become a public company.

• Researched 25+ similar logistics companies’ warehouse floor areas, annual incomes, business scopes, and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) cases)
